• A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. The remaining balance is due by card on the day of your party (we do not accept cash).

• Our venue can welcome up to 80 guests total, but we have seating available for about 40. Many families choose to mix seating with standing, mingling, and playtime to keep the space fun and comfortable for everyone. We’re always happy to help you plan what works best! 

• Drink and food add-ons must be ordered and paid for at least 2 days before your party.

• The only outside food allowed is pizza (you may order it from your favorite place). Cakes and cupcakes are also welcome! If you’d like to bring any other outside food, a $50 food accommodation fee will apply.

• Please do not glue or tape decorations to the walls, and note that confetti and glitter are not allowed.

• You’ll have access to the venue 15 minutes before your party for decorating.

• To help us keep every party safe, fun, and stress-free, we do not allow face painters or balloon artists.

• Waivers are required for everyone attending.

• ​Extra time is available for select time slots. For our 10am parties, extended time allows you to start as early as 9am. For our 4pm parties, you can extend your celebration until 7pm. Please give us a call to add more time and check availability!
