Things To Know Before you Party

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book your party. The remaining balance is due by card on the day of your party (we do not accept cash).

Since KIDS ZONE is a private event venue with one reservation at a time, please note: no refunds and no rescheduling. No exceptions.

Drink add-ons must be ordered and paid for at least 2 days before your party.

The only outside food allowed is pizza (you may order it from your favorite place). Cakes and cupcakes are also welcome! If you’d like to bring any other outside food, a $50 cleaning fee will apply.

Please do not glue or tape decorations to the walls, and note that confetti and glitter are not allowed.

You’ll have access to the venue 15 minutes before your party for decorating.

To help us keep every party safe, fun, and stress-free, we do not allow outside vendors such as face painters or balloon artists.

Waivers are required for everyone attending.

Kids must wear Kids Zone grip socks. Adults entering the toddler area may wear grip socks of their choice.

If you have a last minute party (within 24 hours) please give us a call.
